Refund Policy

Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team at +91 99494 96974.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
• In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 7 working days upon confirmation.

Return / Exchange:

We accept returns/exchanges within 2 days of delivery only if:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• The product received is different from the order placed.
• To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Customers must share an unboxing video evidence of the product for damage/defect claims.
• For exchanges, replacement will be shipped at no additional cost once the returned item is verified.

Refund:

• Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error from our side.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer/UPI after confirmation.
